Rental Times
Monday - Saturday Boat to be picked up after 9:00 and must be returned by 4:30.
Sunday Boat to be picked up after 10:00 and must be returned by 3:30.
All boats returned after appointed time will be charged $30.00 per 1/2 hour, unless preauthorized by East Bluff Harbor.
Damage deposit is due at the beginning of rental and will be returned only after boat has been inspected and gas has been paid for. Any damage to boat or prop will be deducted from the damage deposit as well as any missing equipment.
The "renter" of the boat must be 18 years of age or older .
All U.S. Coast Guard required safety devices are provided with rental boat. All U.S. Coast Guard rules and regulations must be observed at all times.
The speed limit on Keuka Lake is 45 mph (from dawn to dusk) and 25 mph (from dusk to dawn).
New York State law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages while operating a boat.
Reservation deposit required to hold reservation is equal to one half of the total rental.
Deposits on rentals are non-refundable except 2-week advance notice of cancellation is received by EBHM and boat is re-rented (a handling fee of 5% will be deducted) or lake conditions are deemed unsafe by East Bluff Harbour.
All gas must be purchased at East Bluff Harbour.
We reserve the right to substitute a comparable boat in the event the boat rented to you does not pass the safety inspection and needs repair. In the event that no boat is available, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
